Heist Nights is a gaming community platform. These guidelines exist to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all members. Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
Be Respectful. Treat every member with respect. Disagreement is permitted; personal attacks, harassment, and targeted abuse are not. This applies across direct messages, squad posts, The Board, and live streams.
No Hate Speech. Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
No Harassment or Bullying. Do not target, intimidate, or repeatedly contact any user against their wishes. If a user asks you to stop, you must stop.
No Spam or Unauthorized Self-Promotion. Do not flood The Board or chats with repetitive messages, unsolicited promotions, or referral links.
No Explicit or Adult Content. Heist Nights is accessible to users aged 13 and older. Sexual content, graphic violence, and gore are prohibited throughout the platform.
No Cheating or Exploit Promotion. Do not promote, sell, or distribute cheats, hacks, aimbots, or exploits for any game.
No Impersonation. Do not impersonate other users, public figures, game developers, or Heist Nights staff.
No Doxxing. Do not post another person's private information (legal name, address, phone number, or similar) without their explicit consent.
No Illegal Activity. Do not use the platform to facilitate, promote, or discuss unlawful activity.
Respect Intellectual Property. Do not post copyrighted content (music, video, artwork) without authorization from the rights holder.
Live Stream Rules. Live streams must comply with all guidelines above. Additionally: no prolonged AFK streams, no stream-sniping coordination, and no content that would violate the terms of the game being streamed.
Reporting. Use the in-app report function or email admin@heistnights.com to report violations. All reports are reviewed, and action is taken where warranted.
Appeals. If you believe your content was removed, or your account actioned, in error, contact admin@heistnights.com with "Appeal" in the subject line. Appeals are reviewed within five (5) business days.
